Getting Started
How do I create an account?
Click "Get Started Free" on the home page and fill in your email and password. No credit card is required for the free plan.
How do I add my pet?
After signing in, go to Today's Checklist and click "Add Pet." Enter your pet's name and details, then add their medications.
Medications & Reminders
How does the label scanner work?
On the Scan Bottle page (Pro plan and above), tap the camera icon and photograph your pet's medication label. Our AI reads the text and fills in the medication name, dosage, and schedule automatically.
How do I set up reminders?
Go to Care > Reminders in the menu. You can set up in-app, email, or SMS reminders for each medication. Choose how many minutes before a dose you'd like to be notified.
What are low-pill alerts?
When you track doses, we count how many pills remain. When you're running low, you'll get a notification so you can contact your vet for a refill before you run out.
Family & Sharing
How do I invite family members?
Go to People > Family Sharing and click "Invite." Share the generated link with your family member. They'll create their own account and be linked to your pet profiles.
Can my pet sitter see my pet's medications?
Yes! With the Premium plan, you can create a Pet Sitter instructions page with all the details your sitter needs, including medication schedules and special instructions.
Billing & Account
How do I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Go to My Plan in the menu. You can upgrade instantly or downgrade at the end of your current billing period.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to My Plan and click "Manage Billing." You can cancel anytime and your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
