We use your information to: operate and improve the Service, send medication reminders and low-pill alerts, provide AI-powered health insights and label reading, process payments through Stripe, and communicate with you about your account and Service updates.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: family members you explicitly invite to your account, Stripe for payment processing, AI service providers for label reading and health insights (data is sent securely and not retained by providers), and as required by law.

4. Data Security

We protect your data using TLS encryption for data in transit, secure server infrastructure, and access controls. While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory purposes.
