By accessing or using Paws & Pills ("the Service"), provided by Hayden-Fisher Technologies Inc. ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Paws & Pills is a pet medication tracking and family coordination platform. The Service allows users to track pet medications, share checklists with family members, receive reminders, and access AI-powered insights. The Service is not a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service offers Free, Pro, and Premium subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including but not limited to: uploading harmful or illegal content, attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with the Service's operation, or using the Service for any purpose other than personal pet care management.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Hayden-Fisher Technologies Inc. and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you upload (photos, notes, etc.).

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that medication reminders will always be delivered on time. Always consult your veterinarian for medical decisions regarding your pet.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hayden-Fisher Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain your data for a reasonable period in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
